Production and Internal Sales Coordinator 
                            
                            
                                Job Summary
AIM Print, a leading printing and packaging company, is seeking a Production and Internal Sales Coordinator to support our operations. This role is suited for someone with strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing job cards, coordinating between departments, ensuring production deadlines are met, and maintaining accurate ISO9001:2015 records for traceability.
Key Responsibilities
Order & Production Coordination
	- Receive job cards from Directors and capture orders into the ERP system.
 
	- Issue job cards to the Pre-Press Department and track progress through the full production cycle.
 
	- Monitor production schedules to ensure jobs are completed on time and escalate any delays.
 
	- Update customers on the progress of their orders in a professional and timely manner.
 
Internal Sales Administration
	- Prepare and send order confirmations and internal sales documentation.
 
	- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
 
	- Support Directors with internal reporting and administrative tasks.
 
Quality & Compliance (ISO9001:2015)
	- Follow all established ISO processes and procedures to ensure quality standards are met.
 
	- Update and maintain traceability records for each order.
 
	- Assist in ensuring compliance with audits, quality checks, and record-keeping requirements.
 
Required Abilities
	- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
 
	- Clear written and verbal communication.
 
	- High attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure.
 
	- Positive and proactive “can-do” attitude.
 
	- Ability to follow structured processes and ensure compliance.
 
Required Skills and Experience
	- Own vehicle and valid driver’s license.
 
	- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
 
	- Expert level in Excel.
 
	- Previous administrative or coordination experience (preferably in a production/printing environment).
 
	- Experience working with ERP systems (advantageous).
 
	- Knowledge of ISO9001:2015 systems and record-keeping (advantageous but training can be provided).
